440PEG-Au/FeMOF@CPT NPs50nmTEMMonodispersed nanoparticles with the diameter around 50 nm were observed in transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image (Figure 1a and Figure S1, Supporting Information). Au/FeMOF NPs were further fabricated using FeMOF NPs as platforms by directly reducing HAuCl4 in water using sodium borohydride as a reductant. As shown in Figure 1b,d, dark spots corresponding to the Au NPs ≈5 nm in diameter were observed on the exterior surface of Au/FeMOF NPs.1451
