1075W-POM NCsAfter a rapid reduction and stabilization process under the optimal reaction factors, W-POM NCs (2.0 ± 0.1 nm) were successfully obtained as evidenced by the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) characterization (Fig. 1a and S1). The slight increase in hydrated diameter (7.41 ± 0.67 nm) is attributed to the existence of hydrophilic gallic acid stabilizers which could further confirmed by their negative charged surface of around −27.2 mV (Fig. 1b and c).
