734ZrO2 NPsThe individual ZrO2 NP has a size range from 20 nm to 40 nm, and slight aggregation of the particles can be observed from the TEM images. Fig. 1B shows the dynamic light scattering spectra of the ZrO2 NPs, the hydrodynamic diameters of ZrO2 NPs were in the range from 90 nm to 200 nm, which confirms the slight aggregation.
