Human serum samples were taken from Xi'a University of Science and Technology Hospital. As the normal content of human blood glucose is 3.9–6.1 mmol/L [38], before the test, the collected serum samples need to be diluted to meet the requirements of this method after centrifugation. The glucose test results are shown in Table 2. For three different test samples, the detection results from this method are not substantially different from those given by the hospital.
