670Fe3S4nmSEMSEM was employed to investigate the effects of EG: H2O ratios on the size and shape of Fe3S4 products. All samples exhibited flower-like structure consisting of multiple nanosheets (Fig. S1). However, the “flower” size decreased from ∼10 to ∼4 μm with increasing EG concentrations from 0 to 100%, which may be ascribed to differences in the dielectric constant, interionic attraction and solute-solvent interactions on crystal growth formation [33].
