This solution was then added to a mixture of 50 μL of 10 mM TMB, 100 μL of 0.5 mg mL-1 Ag2WO4 NRs and 200 μL of 0.1 M acetate buffer (pH 5.0). The mixed solution was incubated at room temperature for 30 min, and used for absorbance measurement at 652 nm. |
